Falcon Barista Academy follows a transparent Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any course.
Course Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before the course start date. Once the course has started, cancellation is not allowed.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only if the course has not started and the cancellation request is approved by the academy.
Non-Refundable Amounts
Registration fees, admission fees, and any amount paid after course commencement are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.
No Refund Scenarios
No refunds will be provided for non-attendance, course discontinuation by the student, or change of mind after course commencement.
